Our sustainability promise
Organic
Organic farming is the only sustainable type of farming that cares for our environment. It is good for the soil, wildlife, but also for the animals and the cheese. No antibiotics, no herbicides, no fertilisers. Not on the farm, but also not on the cheese.
Zero waste
We aim to offer a zero-waste service for our cheese experiences: everything we add or provide ourselves is edible, reusable or compostable. Our boards are made from reclaimed or recycled materials.
Re-investing
We invest 10% of our profits back into sustainable, organic farming.
